I began in Enterprise B2B Sales, infrastructure, construction, long sales cycles, high-value deals. In that world, value isn’t proven by slides or speed, it’s earned through trust, pattern-reading and knowing when to move and when to wait. I learned how to map decision-makers, hear what’s not being said, and stay in the room long after the pitch. That experience shaped the foundation of how I build now with vision, nuance and longevity.

In 2017, life called me closer to home. I launched my own brand Sussex Special, handcrafted candles designed with meaning, but behind the scenes, something deeper was happening.
I wasn’t just making products.
I was building the entire growth architecture:

• Product strategy
• Funnel design
• CX flows
• Retention systems
• Multi-platform operations

Within the first 4 years, I’d grown the brand to over 10,000 sales and built a full-stack DTC ecosystem across Shopify, Amazon and Etsy.
And the real win? Every element was structured to scale, automate and convert.

Then the calls came:
“Can you help me do that too?”

That’s when consulting began. I partnered with purpose-led founders, DTC brands and early-stage teams most of them overstretched and under-supported. I helped them simplify, optimise what mattered and build systems that actually worked. Whether it was refining their brand, converting their UX or rearchitecting their operations my focus was always the same:
